Workshop: Decision Tools

Get a Toolbox to Help Your Clients Through Difficult Decisions

Workshop: Decision Tools

As a helping professional, you are routinely supporting and guiding people through very difficult decisions. However, most likely your professional training did not include any explicit skill-building on how to use decision support tools with clients.
Workshop: Decision Tools
In this intensive small-group workshop, you’ll learn hands-on tools that were developed to improve and support decision making. The techniques have been shown to help us think more systematically and at the same time more creatively than usual.

This workshop is targeted specifically to people in helping professions, in particular coaches, counselors, therapists, social workers, lawyers, or other legal or mental health professionals. The Oregon State Bar and the Board of Licensed Social Workers have approved the workshop for 4 CEU credits.

The full-day format of the workshop includes a lunch break (bring your own brown-bag lunch) as an intentional opportunity to build relationships with other professionals in Portland.
